The Luxe Walls story. Where we've been. And where we're going.
The beginning
It started in 2015 with a pretty simple belief: that wallpaper should be beautiful, removable, and made to fit your space exactly.
Not the kind you find rolled up in a hardware store. Not the kind that commits you to a decade of regret. Something you could actually love — and change when you were ready to love something else.
We built Luxe Walls around that idea. Custom sizing, premium materials, peel-and-stick application that didn't leave a mark. And over time, we found our people. Homeowners mid-renovation. Interior designers looking for something they couldn't find anywhere else. Renters who refused to settle for white walls.
We also built something we were genuinely proud of.
The sale
In 2021, we made a decision that was harder than it looked from the outside.
We sold Luxe Walls.
The business had grown. The timing felt right. And honestly, life had other things pulling at us. It wasn't a decision we took lightly, and it wasn't one we stopped thinking about.

The comeback
In late 2025, we bought it back.
Not out of nostalgia. Not because we thought we could freeze it in time and pick up where we left off. But because we looked at what Luxe Walls could be, with fresh eyes and a few more years behind us, and we saw something worth building properly.
Some of the original team is back. The obsessive attention to detail is back. The belief that your home deserves better than whatever's on the shelf is very much back.
And we're more excited about what we're building now than we were at the start.
What's different this time
A new website, designed from the ground up to make the whole experience easier. Better tools for customising your order. New designs. A lot of things in the pipeline we're not quite ready to talk about yet.
We're also bringing back our artist collaboration program. Over the years, some of our most loved designs came from working with Australian artists and designers who brought something we couldn't have made on our own. That's coming back, and this time we're working with some of Australia's most recognised voices in interiors and renovation design.
We're not ready to share names yet. But watch this space.
