2. Products and Services
Luxe Walls provides custom-printed peel and stick wallpaper products. All products are:
- Made to order based on your specifications
- Manufactured in Australia using premium materials
- Subject to availability and production timeframes
3. Ordering and Payment
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST
- Payment is required at the time of order
- We accept major credit cards and PayPal
- Orders are confirmed upon successful payment processing
4. Custom Products
As our wallpapers are custom-printed to your specifications:
- Please ensure measurements are accurate before ordering
- Colour variations may occur between screen display and printed product
- We recommend ordering samples before large purchases
5. Shipping
- Free shipping on orders over $250 within Australia
- $49 flat-rate shipping on all other orders
- C5 (162 × 229 mm) artwork samples are $10 each with free postage and a 2 week lead time; the sample cost is credited back when wallpaper is ordered within 30 days of receipt
- Standard production time is 5-7 business days
- Delivery times vary by location (typically 3-7 business days)
- Tracking information is provided for all orders
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, images, and text, is the property of Luxe Walls and is protected by Australian copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Luxe Walls is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.
9. Changes to Terms
