Question 1

What is custom peel & stick wallpaper?

Accepted Answer

Our custom peel & stick wallpaper is a premium self-adhesive wallpaper with a matte finish, printed with water-based inks to your exact wall dimensions. It applies directly to clean, smooth walls without paste or water, and removes cleanly without damaging paint when you're ready for a change.

Question 2

How is pricing calculated?

Accepted Answer

Our base range is $79/m² and artist collections are $99/m², with a share of every artist-collection sale going to the artist. The minimum order is 3m², and after including a 10% allowance we charge to the next 0.1m².

Question 3

How long does production and delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Each order is custom-printed in Australia and dispatched within 5 to 7 business days, then delivered 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Shipping is a flat $49 AUD, or free on orders over $250.

Question 4

Is it suitable for bathrooms, laundries or kitchens?

Accepted Answer

Suitable for well-ventilated bathrooms, powder rooms and laundries. Not recommended for direct splash zones, inside a shower, immediately behind a basin tap, or above a cooktop without a splashback.

Question 5

Can I order a sample before committing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. C5 (162 × 229 mm) samples are $10 with free postage and a 2 week lead time. The full sample cost is credited against a wallpaper order placed within 30 days of receiving your samples.

Question 6

What's the maximum panel width?

Accepted Answer

Panels are printed between 700mm and 900mm wide. We divide your wall into equal panels and choose the exact width to suit it — a 300cm wall becomes 4 panels at 76.1cm. Every panel includes a 15mm overlap for seamless joins.

Question 7

Do you offer installation?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we partner with Hire A Hubby for professional installation across Australia. You can add an installation quote at checkout or visit our Installation Partners page for details.

Question 8

What's your returns policy?

Accepted Answer

Because every roll is custom-printed to your dimensions, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged or with a print fault, email hello@luxewalls.com.au within 14 days and we'll make it right.
